Images are not uploaded

Hi...!
I am to web designing.I uploaded some image files in to my site (ex:arrows,blinking arrows).But the images are not showing.Why?
They displays like this .Please help me how to upload images properly.

Hi, your images have the path from your computer files & not a url.
