sliding text while pressing " + "

sorry for wrong title ...
I saw in some web pages, a header text with a "+" sign in front of that, if we click on that "+" the sub text will be shown under the header. then + will be changed to -
and if we click on "-" the sub texts will be hide
in that case, we will able to have some TITLE and some text under these titles,
how its possible in bluevoda ?
