Paypal does unfortunately not provide services in South Africa. What alternative Web payment instituition can I use? My site is very simple with just two downloadable Digital books available.

You can use other services and open a merchant account to accept credit card payments.

Design and publish your webpages first and then publish.
Once online U can use Soholaunch and oscommerce to build your store
U will find your answers regarding payments here.

U can also Google your questions and U will find a lot of alternatives.
