creating site maps

Hello to all...ok so a site map is a plus. Would I have to manually create this or is there a nifty lil program some where between blue voda and the cpanel that make the task less "hands on"?

1) create a page called "sitemap".
2) Add all the links to all the page of your website to it.
3) Link it to your homepage.
4) Upload it to the server.
