Rapid SSL

Im thinking of purchasing the Rapid SSL, as of now I use PayPal to process, however need to move to a merchant account ~ thus the SSL.

My question is: I have my shop on public_html/shop and I also have a shop on public_html/wholesale/shop (same domain). Would purchasing the Basic Rapid SSL cover both of these folders/shops?
