Survey form

This has probably been answered already numerous times however I couldn't find it anywhere. I want to have a survey form pop up when someone visits the website before they see the home page. They can choose to close the survey or answer it. How do I make it do that?

You're going to need a script that makes a window pop-up and a script to send the form and close the window at the same time.

Ok. Where do I find that script? Do I paste it on the page HTML or form HTML?

The pop-up script can easily be found someone off Google or something but the other script for the form you will have to get someone to do that for you if you're not to familiar with that stuff .. maybe from NavalDesign.
