    Gallery options.

Does anyone have experience with the fantsico gallery options ?

Are any of them able to handle paid download situations ?
Will any of them put watermark overlays over photos and disable right click ?

For a photo site for the purposes of selling downloads of photos, what would you suggest ?

I've been looking at the commercial sites and am universally not impressed with them, and wondering if I can do it myself on my own voda site.

      That looks very promissing :)

If you want to bounce ideas off me, feel free. The online site I'm using now, apart from a huge ftp blockage, is very cumbersome to use. Its the details work that is important, like getting to an individual photo to change its search terms. (Site at the moment, to get to photo 50, you have to tab through the other 49 before it one by laborious one.)

Unfortunately, I'm sort of looking now.

I have photos on my site. As far as watermarking goes - you are probably better off doing your own in a program as that way you know what you've done; no-one else does. With a program watermarking, unless it is extremely sophisticated, ones might use the program itself to undo the marks. You can easily add the html code to diable right-click if you wish, although it's debatable how much use it is. Some of us use the 'shape feature' set to transperancy to stop ones copying. It works well & visitors don't know it' there; so it's isn't a challenge to someone. Right-click disabled is a 'challenge' to some people & they'll take things they wouldn't normally bother with just to prove they can.
I do downloads of photos on my aboriginal art site if you wish to take a look; address below. (If you wish to go thatway you have to get a cart that enables downloads & upload unmarked high resolution photos under a different name to the public html of your site.
