HI every one,
Please help me, i have a website www.ptmqatar.com , when ever i am updating some pages and than publishing , immidiatly i am getting message that successfully published but actually for so many days on web i m getting old pages? whats problum? i have tried all solution which before you advised .
please do some thing
secondly i have uploaded in FTP two files to be downloaded ,the page is www.ptmqatar.com/newsletter.html and the link for files are www.ptmqatar.com/newsletter1stissue.pdf please check its ok or i did some mistake

What is the actual name of the file? Is it in your public_html file or in a folder (newsletter)? inside the public_html. file?

If it is not in a seperate folder the link would be (i.e.):
www.yourwebsitename.com/thefilename.pdf

If it is in a folder:
www.yourwebsitename.com/foldername/thefilename.pdf
