publish password

the user name and password are the same as logging into c-panel, correct?
If so what would make it so I can log into c-panel but when I try to publish I get an error 12014 that says it cant connect and log on to the ftp server because the password is incorrect?

Likely that you are not using the correct IP address.

Its not the Ip. But I figured out what happened, A few months ago I kinda remember getting an email from Voda stating somthing about a password reset. I never loged in to reset it, and I cant find that e-mail. I guess I need the password reset again?
