Help required

Here is my problem.

When I try to open the setup file that I downloaded, it reads, "error in compressed file - CRC. Can not extract support files - setup will abort"

What do I do? Without being able to open up the files, I cannot use the system. I have looked at some of the videos and they are very informative, but it does me no good at this time.

I can use any help I can get

Well Scribe I assume you downloaded a rar file or winzip file, so delete it and redown it. Without knowing what you are downloading its pretty hard to help.

I have had a great many problems trying to complete the download for v11 - both saving from voda and downloading the zip - as well as trying mirror sites

they all seem to fail to deliver the complete zip file and also when executing the setup all fail as per scribes message - the CRC being an effect of the corrupt or invalid zip file ?

this occurs when using windows zipper or winzip

???

i take it i am doing something wrong !

any help would be gratefully received
