Hi, I have installed Joomla 1.5 RC3 at the root directory of my domain and it worked for days.I cannot opened up my website today and it displayed the following information.

I deleted the data base and created a new data base and new Joomla 1.5RC3 installation. I can install joomla as the following information reappeared again.Please advise what has gone wrong.
