Cannot publish due to password error; help

I am desperate. I have not updated my webpage for ages due to faulty computer and now that I have a new machine and need to do some urgent and overdue update publishing, I cannot publish and get the following message:
INTERNET EXCEPTION ERROR 12014; "the request to log on to the FTP server could not be completed because the supplies password is incorrect"

However, I used the IP address, Master username and Master password as supplied to me when I paid my fees.

When trying to use a support ticket, the connection got reset everytime ...

Please also provide your client ID#, your name, address and telephone number and please send this email from the email you used when opening your account (if you can).

Voda Host support staff will be happy to assist you in resetting your password.
