Beginner - not sure of supported features

Hi! I'm a beginner and new here..

I'm trying to find a hosting company that support/ allow those features below as these are needed to run the software that I have.

a. zlib compression
b. "get file" command
c. chmod need to be able to be set to 777
d. safe_mode=off
e. allow_url_fopen = on
f. session support = enabled

Sounds like she wants Telnet Access which I believe VodaHost does not allow.
