can someone help me with my paypal.

i need to know how to setup different options for delivery in paypal for my customers...so they see a pull down box with options in. at the pay part of paypal...many thanks :)

also need help with POSTAGE...my customers pay £2.99 for all that they buy, no matter how many iteams they have, how do i setup this in paypal?
