Linking Question

I am sure that somewhere in the thousands of messages on this page someone has asked this question however, I can not locate the question or answer so here I go:

I am creating something for the foundation that we are opening. This is to assist children of cancer, abuse, shaken baby, ect.

We would like to have the column effect with Home, About us, our mission, ect. I have figured out how to put that on the side. Now my problem is h ow do I link EACH individual button to the corresponding page so that when someone clicks on the button About Us it will take him/her to the About us page?

About us is a stand alone page, when you create your About us Page.
When you click on the about us page that is where you tell every one
what your mission is. I assume this is coming from the index or home
page, if so you only have to click the about us button.
