Trouble uploading one page

Hi there,
I've just up loaded my site and all the pages went fine except one and I've have tried for the last few hours to find my mistake. Maybe I can't see the forest for the trees. What comes up on the internet is

http://www.abusinessinabox.ca/small%20_business.html

It should read : http://www.abusinessinabox.ca/small_business.html
The file name is small_business and is saved as such.
I can't for the life of me figure out what is wrong.
Can anyone help...please. Can you tell me what the %20 means?
I checked in the Blue FTP to see if the file is there. It is and I believe in the right place.
When I click on it in the FTP only part of the site comes up.
I appreciate any feed back.

Well, either you figured it out or you need to clear your browser's cache, because the page loaded just fine for me. I'd guess it's a cache thing, which can happen when you preview a lot.
