naming of pages for sub domain

Hi , I have my website (soho) at the primary root of my domain, say. www.abc.com and this has been published and it works well.

2-I have created a su-domain, say D.www.abc.com
3-I have created forum in c/panel by fantastisco and the url is www.abd.com/D.abc.com/forum and this work well too
4-I have created 4 pages with blue vada for my sun-domain /D.www.abc.com

5. I tried to hyperlink all my four b/v pages for the sub damain/D.www.abc.com

Problems:

1 I have named all fourages as:

http://www.abc.com/D.abc.om/index/

http://www.abc.com/D.abc.com/about us.html

http://www.abc.com/D.abo.com/consutancy.html

http://www.abc.com/D.abc.com/contact us.html

the forum pages

http:D.abc.com/forum/ ( This wrk perfectly well even without .html after forum

I resume this must be correct as this is a PhP script with data base an dit is working well

all the b/v pages are not ok as I had browed in Preview.

Questions:

1-Are my naming of the 4 B/v pages WRONG
2-Must I have to upload all these four B/v pages to the D/abc.com Folder in public _html first In order to check if the hyperlinking are In order or not ?
3-Can I Preview to check if they are in order FIRST or I must have uploaded them to the /D.abc.com Folder first?

4- I believed my naming of four B/v pages were wrong, how the naming of pages should be? I had tried few ways and choices but they seemed were not working as expected.

Any assistance and advise is greatly appreciated.Thank You

Sorry clarification on directary Path -the url of forum for sub domain

http://thailand.xuankong-liufa.com/forum/ (Phpbb2)

sub domain is /thailand.xuankong-liufa.com ( B/voda)

main domain is //www.xuankong-liufa.com ( soho)

Sub-direcatry of forum to the sub domain is Forum
