    how to publish

    Hi,

I have created my 2 new pages which I would like to publish in my new sub-domain folder that I have created.
    1) How can I publish these 2 pages in new folder?
    2) How must I name links in these pages and in main pages? http/subdomain.slodental.com/name of the page?
Any additional information would be apriciated.

    1. Do you have a Blue Voda Hosting Account?
    2. If you do, then you need to make sure you have the folder already created on the directory. When you publish it you want to type in the folder name in this format: public_html/(Your Folder Name Here).
If you wish to publish in the main directory just leave it as public_html.
    3. I'm not sure what you are asking in the last question.

    I hope this information helps.

      Re: how to publish

By new sub-domain do you mean an add-on domain or new registered website using the same Vodahost account? An add-on domain is a sub-domain with the advantage of having its own (registered) name and address like www.addonname.com
If so, working with add-on domains is pretty much the same with main domain regarding pages' names and other stuff.
After successfully creating the add-on domain using control panel, you may name your main page index and the other pages as you wish. The links of main add-on domain page would be http://www.addonname.com/index.html or simply http://www.addonname.com
The other pages would be http://www.addonname.com/pagename.html
The only difference is when publishing, you gotta type:
folder : public_html/addonname (no need for any suffix)
The files will go to the right places in the server.

Regarding sub-domain, I believe that we can create un-registered domain but the address must go through the main domain. It reminds me of the early days when I can create websites freely but having the addresses going through alot of /.../.../ and dots.
I noticed that in my control panel, the number of my add-on domains are the same as my sub-domains and I can access to my websites on the internet by either typing
      www.addonname.mainname.com or simply www.addonname.com
So I guess it's worthy to pay a small fee for registration and having a separate address.
      Hope this will help

Thank you for instructions how to publish in this folder.
What I ment with second question is how should I name hyperlinks for this new pages.

          You're welcome!
Regarding your second question, you can name the hyperlinks for your new pages (of a new registered add-on domain) as:

Simply as that! That's the beauty of BlueVoda. Once you upload correctly the files into the right places in the server, the program will point to the right directories.
Of course you can name hyperlinks fully as:

It still works but why bother type it so long?
          Cheers,
