Help with publishing site

When I click on the "publish" site, I do not see my IP as an available option. I can upload through my FTP program, but would like to be able to do it directly from BV builder. Can anyone give me an idea as to why it does not show up and how I can resolve the problem? Yes, I do have a hosting account. Thanks.

Download BV again and reinstall, and your IP address will appear in your dropdown.
New IPs are added all the time, so sometimes even if you have the latest version, your's might not have the latest addresses.
