Cant Get Video To Play On My Site

i am currently trying to use the active x feature in BV to add a window media player to view video on my site. when i add the video and publish it, it loads and i can view it from my computer but when you look at the site on a different computer the video does not play. the media player is there but the video will not play.

does anyone know how to solve this problem
