Change to thank-you.php not taking..help!

I have changed my web design. I have re-submitted all the pages with new design and it is working fine. But when I try to resubmit the thank-you.php page that is used with contact form, it won't work. The old thank you page still keeps popping up. I have manually removed it using blueftp, and tried submitting that way too. But nothing. I have tried many times. I reallly need this fixed, I don't want people to see old thank you page.
