webmail not sending messages

I have been trying to send a message and everytime I do this is the message that pops up.

What have I done wrong?

There was an error sending your message: Failed to add recipient: gurucopywriter******.com [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: Verification failed for <brqrhst@quantumprofits.net> No Such User Here Sender verify failed)]

I would suggest you to view video tutorial again carefully. You must put some information incorrectly. I did mine. It works OK, just it doesn't support Thai character. So, now I use MSoutlook as my webmail.
