Text Border

When I preview my page, there seems to be a white border on my text in my normal text box. It is making the text difficult to read. Will this show up on the browser once I publish the page and if it does, how do I get rid of it??

Ok never mind....I figured it out. I had it publishing as an image instead of just a text. Aparently it does something to the text in that mode.
