HELP!!!!! when I try to imput a form and use a preview, the form always takes me to an email message box. I want to have it done like the BlueVoda registration form. PEASE HELP!!!!

Thanks guys,but pet121 there is nothing more to tell. It just comes up for email when i preview it. I need this help for when I post my site to start a web design business. I still need help!
