need help

ok if u go to www.dalejr.com and the first things that pops up is a loading image how to i get that on my page???? u have to go to www.dalejr.com to see what i am talking about...it's a image that loads the page or something fueling page things....or loading is blank percent done.....please help me...

like a pre loading thing it a page or image that loads before u get to the main page...this page let the main page load before u see it or something like that...just check out www.dalejr.com....it happends right at first...
