    Gobble-de-gook for a web page!

    Hi

What am I doing wrong? (www.samhill.biz)

Yesterday I loaded some of my pages into cPanel and when I checked the site through my browser all I saw was a list of all the pages as hyper-links. If I clicked on these, I saw an exact image of my BV construction page with rulers and menu bars, etc. But at least it was better than what I have now.

I thought if I saved each .bvp as a .html and upload these, it would solve my problem. Wrong! What do I do now??

    Thank you for any help.

Use your publish icon for each page on the BV web builder. Name your pages "index", "what_ever_you_want" (no quotes) Do NOT add .bvp or .html to the page names. They will be converted automatically to .html pages upon publishing.

      Hi CarbonTerry

      Thanks for your reply.
I did as you instructed but each time I try to log-in through the publish icon I get an error message.
The message reads: Internal Exception Error 12014
The request to connect and log on to the FTP server could not be completed because the supplied password in incorrect.

I know I was putting in the correct password.
I have changed my password in cPanel from the one I was originally given when I first opened my account. I can successfully log into cPanel with this new password, but it will not give me access through the BV publish icon. The old p/w will not work through "publish" either.

What do I do now? Contact BV admin?

Are you sure that you are using the correct IP address?
