Hi. Have a PDF file on my desktop (not HTML), which I would like to be my web page. Which is the proper tutorial to watch in order to learn how to upload this to my site?

Just open Bleu FTP (in BlueVoda >Tools>FTP Manager), click on connect and on the right side of the screen you will have your site contents. On the left part you have your computer content, so find the file you want to transfer, click and drag it to the right side of the screen , that is on your web server.
