Problem with publishing

Hi im very newat this, i get an error of 12002. Ive read all the threads regarding my problem and nothing ever worked. My domain name is sunshinecleaningservices.ca but the hosting name had a mistake and its url is sunshinecleaningservice.ca and im wondering if this is the cause of the problem. i also turned off all antivirus and firewall and prior to 12002 i was getting the error 12031. A couple of days ago when i received my welcom e-mail. my cpanel page was working. now the entire server of dns5 and dns6 are not functioning. I may have changed a couple of days ago in the domain name section of vodahost to user instead of default servers. Please help me i also sent tickets regarding this matter and have not yet been successful from the info i've received. thankyou

A 12002 error is a timeout error. You might also receive this error
if you are trying to publish to the wrong IP address. Otherwise you
are receiving it because you are trying to upload a very large file, or
your internet connection speed is very slow.

The first thing you will want to do is run a pix resizer over all your
photgraphs to compress their size:

After you have done this, if the problem persists, try the below
work around:

1. In windows go to Start, select run and type: Regedit
2. Find this key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BlueVoda 7\BlueVoda 7\Publish\
3. Add a new DWORD value with the name ConnectionTimeout
4. Enter the value in seconds for example 360 (default is 30)

i tired to go to that link and i end up in cannot find server page. i've also tried that regedit. nothin works. help please.

Click on Help Center at the top of this page and you'll see the link for pix resizer.

tried the pix sizer and still nothing seems to work. the error 12002 still emerges. plesae help someone

Another quick tip:
From the menubar select Tools->Options->Publish->Connection Timeout and increase this value to 360.

Did that, and nothing seems to work. like i said in the beginning i read all the thread s
submitted a ticket. im hopeless
