retrieve?

HI I had reformat my pc 2 days ago due to a virus and syware i am now fully protected but i have lost all my work on my web pages. I had not yet published my site as i was still tweaking a few pages, In hope can i retrieve my work in any way or is it gone for good.If so i want to change my domain name when i first started how do i go about that aswell
