Okay, I thought that was just for the server. You need to change that, btw, but not right this second.

phpBB is a nice little forum, but it's hackable. If someone were to hack your forum and get your user id and password, they could hack your full site. It's not likely that will happen, but don't take chances. I'm in your admin panel at the moment so you can't change anything, but as soon as you can, you should change your forum password to something completely different.

I'll let you know when I'm finished.

Okay, part of the problem is that the download from phpbb.com is missing the overall_header.tpl file. I'm going to try to find it for you.
