Would it be possible,if VH had a folder in the control panel to store all the files of a website?
This way you could work on a site from any location and any computer.
all you would have to do is log in to your site.
This would be an awesome feature if you could add it.
Actually this is a pretty standard feature of all hosting accounts. Its called
your public_html folder. You can access it from any computer.
I know you can access it,but can you update your site from another computer?
Let's say theres 5 different people wanting to work on one site.Is this possible?
Yes.....
they can login via file manager and update the files that are on the server at
any time they want. This requires a basic knowledge of HTML.
No.....
All the master files are on one computer...This makes it very difficult to DOC share
unless you keep all the master files on the server and download them as you need
them.

Thats what I'm getting at ,is it possible to store all the files in BV somewhere
everytime you would log in it would update all the files that someone else
put in.
BlueVoda is a downloadable website builder, all work is performed on a local computer.
When your files are ready for publishing, you upload them to the internet.
BlueVoda creates a file in your MY DOCUMENTS called BlueVoda. This is where all
your master files are stored (Text, images, etc...)
If you want this master file to be globally accessable, upload it to the server. So
when you go to an internet cafe in Orlando and you want to edit your website.
1) Download BV to the computer you are on
2) Download the BV folder
3) Make your edits
4) republish the edited page
5) Re-upoload the master folder
Your friend in Vegas can also download the master folder and make changes.

Is this what you where asking??
How do I upload the "master" files to the server from my local computer? Re-upload the master folder? Is there a tutorial or someplace where I can get more detailed step-by-step info on FILE MANAGER functions?
Is it possible for BV to make a folder in the control panel for all the files to be stored? this way all you have to do is log into your site and work on it from any computer.it seems that wouldn't be so hard to do?
something like a master folder.
This would be a great feature to have if possible to do
