a little info

my site and email is down...i understand why.
but can someone help me with
3)Restoring all accounts from backup
i did NOT back up my files in my Cpanel, will they still be able to sort my website out to put it back on the web?
web site and email still not live!!!
went down last night.

This thread only applies to the VodaHost server known as Voda20 IP: 74.86.118.21 , All other VodaHost servers are functioning as normal.

The primary drive on Voda20 is completely corrupted...We are...

1) Replacing the drive
2) Reloading The operating system
3) Restoring all accounts from backups

This should not take more than a couple of hours.

I would imagine that they will restore your site for you once they have solved the issue.

However, your pages will be saved on your PC, if you ever needed to all you would have to do is republish all your pages and your site will be back online. I would wait to see what happens first though.

Vodahost makes backups of your site from time to time, they will use the most recent backup they have
