Vodahost site to Soholaunch

I have built my website using Vodahost and now need to put it into Soholaunch so that I can construct the ecommerce activity. How do I do this? I have paid my fees to Soholaunch so am free to start.

Not into websites at all so user-friendly advise appreciated.
