You can create the folder on your machine and ftp it onto the server, or go into File Manager through your Cpanel and create it there.

Is there a particular reason why you need a new folder to ftp to? If you're just looking to ftp files onto the server, placing them in your public_html directory works fine and it's easy to get to because BlueFTP (Tools > FTP Manager) defaults to it when you connect.

You'll find this useful as well: http://www.vodahost.com/DemoDemo/ftp...da_blueftp.htm

          Hi
Could some one tell m ho I send my web pages to my web site?
I have built the pages through Blue Voda and my hosting company who sold me the domain is telvio.
I can open the site with my admin password, when I use FTP file zilla.
When I try to use Blue Voda FTP to send webpages it tells me that it does not recognise my password and or username.

          Any help greatly appreciated

You must have a Voda Host account to publish your pages with Blue Voda. http://www.vodahost.com/order.htm

                    *****,

You said not to ftp file transfer.

How would i go about tranferring files over th internet.

I work with a production company and they produce videos for me (mpeg, wav, etc.)

I would like them to use an ftp of some sort to transfer files instead of them having to load on disk and send to me.

Is there some sort of work around for file transfer?
