Linking problem

I suddenly find that I cannot get to Contact from the text menu at the bottom of the Index page nor return to Index from the Home button on other pages. I have obviously made a simple mistake. Can anybody spot the error for me. Many thanks

You named your pages wrong and you don't have an index page...click below...
