Publishing site with BV - which upload directory

I have used soholaunch to create my first website as a project. I know that soholaunch publishes to the root directory (public_html).
I am looking at adding another website using bluevoda. Where does BV publish or upload the files to? Would it use the same directory where soholaunch currently is or can I specify which directory I can publish to?

I would nopt like to overwrite what I have already created.

you need to create a addon domain for a new site on a new directory.
