Help... linking pages

help, this is Tim and my site name is www.crazycashforyou.biz and when i am publishing a second or third page I am not able to link them to the main page. The tutoral says I must have a IP address with each page, where do i get the IP address from. I have tried one or two from the scroll list that appears with no luck.

It appears as if the links are correctly formatted.
Are the pages named (exactly): websites & FAQ ??
Are they published to your public_html ?
You would use the same IP address as to which you publish the index page.

thank you for your reply. Yes that is the names (websites) and (FAQ). I have also tried using the same IP addy that my index has. It was only after it failed that I tried others. Any suggestions? Tim

Explain "failed" ???
Could not publish or published but you cannot see?
If it could not publish what is the error message?
You are publishing and not using the ftp method?
Your FAQ page is now live but there are no navigation links to go to other pages.
Lots of typos on the FAQ page.
