Enquiries with hyperlinks & Oscommerce

Hi VodaHost,

I am new to building a website. So far I've successfully created & published my home page aka index using BlueVoda. Below are my enquiries:

(1) When creating hyperlinks from page to page, do I need to publish each page first before creating the hyperlinks?

(2) I have named each page with short names, such as index & orderform. For example , when creating hyperlinks, how to link index page to orderform page? Do I enter the hyperlink as (for example) http://www.mystore.com/orderform.html?

(3) I have installed Oscommerce at the control panel. But I do not know how to link or activate Oscommerce to the website that I have published.

Please help me! Thanks for your kind attention.
