    Linking web pages

Before I link all my pages together that I have designed with Blu Voda, can someone tell me...
    1. I have been using the file paths on my local machine ie C:documents and settings/ bluevoda etc. Will I have to change these to a http:// format when I upload them or will bluevoda automatically organise them relative to the absolute file paths that I have used on my local machine.

    2. When I preview my pages my index is dispayed in Firefox browser window. However, if i click on the link on my index page, the following page it is linked to is opened in my bluevoda editing page and not in Firefox. Am I doing something wrong here or is this normal?

    Re: Linking web pages

    Hi walksonwalker,

    1. C:\My Documents\BlueVoda is where you keep all your folders, file, photos, 3D images which you are currently using your webpages and they must not be removed to another directory.

If you move them from this directory you will find your images and photos in unpublished files missing when you open the page in BV.

You need however to save the page/files that you have selected for publishing with the names they will be published with. [the names should be short and all in smallcase-no capitol letters]

Example: your homepage must be named "index" only and published to
"public_html/". and the result will be your url "www.yourdomainname.com/"

All your other pages which has hyperlinks from your index page will become
"www.yourdomainname.com/product.html" or if you are providing services
you name the page "service" only and once published to public_html will become

The full path http://www.yourdomainname.com/service.html is required to be typed in the properties dialogue box of your webpage and link menus before the page is published.

As for your 2nd question, you cannot use the hyperlinks in preview mode.
They will be functional once all the pages with th links are published to your
    public_html.
