My work shop and office caught fire the pc and backup files went too. I have lost the uploads for the website. Is there owt i can do. also the web builder program

Download the program again, if you lost your log in information submit a help ticket and they will be able to help you. Once you are able to get into your c-panel you can download your back up files. Look for a posts by navaldesign reguarding this exact situation , he walked someone else through the process.
