SE Submission for sub domain

Could you please tell me how much it is to have my sub domain (or is it add on domain?) submitted to the search engines. I've tried doing it manually myself but so far my second site doesn't feature! Thank you for submitting my main domain, although it appears I don't feature in Google at all, despite good rankings on a couple of others.
