I am surprised that if you know what WAP really is that you cannot realize that Blue Voda is a 'generator' that uses a combination of 'tools' unlike a pure HTML composer such as Dreamweaver ......

If you create your site in a true HTML editor (like Dreamweaver) there are very few conversion methods available when not hand coding WAP from scratch, and if this is the path you undertake, you may be interested in some software titles I collected for my "Future Use Toolbox" as seen here.
