Can anybody explain the banner please what really i would like to know is
make a bannar with my own web name what is the pourpose of that.

Well the banner option is just for making quick banners for a page you want a link to be directed towards. you could use you own images. PLUS it restricts you from changing the size of one of the per-selects in the properties of the banner object. the option are standards for some webmasters to display your banner on their site(s)...
