Inserting Images

Hello,
It seems as if I can no longer insert an image into a reply here at the forum.
I can click on the "insert Image" icon but cannot figure it out from there.
Any help?

Hi, VH seemed to have removed the attachments part. It might be part of the anti spam thing they are having to do.
Its a pain, but i just upload my images to photo bucket & link to it.
