I' doing something wrong

in my navigation bar i named the home page www.visitubon.com/ and the page I named index but when i try to go back to home page from a different page it doesen't work any reason.
In the address give me www.visitubon.com/www.visitubon.com/
i can find the reason any tips.

Hi, somehow the ulr has been entered twice. http://www.visitubon.com/www.visitubon.com/ you will have to re-insert the link to correct it.
