Server Load Question

Hi everyone. Happy new year for all.

I've read that "Server Load" is in 5.1 and with 4 cpus. I've read the forum and the only article related is about a guy asking the limit of load server. I don't use my space for radio, games, chat, mailing scripts etc etc. so I don't know if it could be some problem about me, or about other person sharing my same server, or there isn't a problem on this and the down time it's because other kind of problems.

I'd like to know.

The only times the server load gets above 4 is when the server is
doing its daily back up or somebody is runnng a heavy MySQL service...at
this point the server load could hit 6-9 for a short period of time..It is
nothing to worry about..Our NOC's moniter all Voda servers 24/7/365 and
all services get pinged every 5 minutes round the clock.
