    Extremely confused!

    ok im a super newbie. i put my website online, the home page and another page. i leave the computer , i want to restart my work, and have no clue how to do it anymore. what do i do to restart my work. i named my pages ending with html. the only pages i can open is with bvp. anything i do on those pages will not change when i publish. please help me.

    Hi .. you open up blue voda, then open up your page, make your changes, save again and republish ... if you are not seeing the changes perhaps you are having a cache problem with your computer in which case you can try pressing F5 a few times, clear your cache, reboot your computer or choose another browser, if you are connecting via AOL this is a common problem ..

      ok am i doing it right. i open my page, which is saved on bvp. then i save it on bvp. when i want it online i should save it as html. then i should publish? is this the correct order? my main page is www. domainname.com/home.html when i save should i save it as home.html again replacing the old home page?

        Your home page should be saved as " index " (it may default to index.bvp which is OK)
        The URL to your index/home page would be http://www.yourdomain.com
        All other pages URL would be http://www.yourdomain.com/pagename.html
        The webbuilder will generate the html code for you when you publish.

          No, that's the beauty of the blue voda website builder, it will convert that .bvp file that you make into .html when published ..

          You want your main page to be named, saved and published as index ..
          no .html necessary ..

          all other pages, name, save and publish as their name only .. when typing the url you will need to add the .html
