I made a guestbook page with Blue Voda, and when I publish it and then view it online, I get a big white box where the guestbook form should be.

What am I missing?

Okay, I am getting further with my guesbook, but now I get the following message many times in a row in my guestbook field.

Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /home/llpmomh/public_html/guestbook.php on line 250

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
