I have http://www.thetradesjournal.com and www.saastel.com (add on domain)
I have three unresolved problems. Support says one is a design issue.
1) please go to http://www.saastel.com/
I published this in font constantia 12 using the text feature in "shapes".
The shape which is rectangular/rounded, publishes inconsistantly with text distortions.
It also published incorrectly on http://www.thetradesjournal.com on three pages. I used Ariel 10. What is particularly frustrating is the text on /advertising for example will load either at a distorted larger size or a squished smaller size; and the text is incorrect as it is from another page.
I republished at least 5 times 4 different pages which have these errors. I also cleaned my cache, cookies and anything else which might be stored on my computer.
I can't publish the other 12 pages until its resolved.
Support first asked me to send them how they could *******te the issues. I did and then I got the response it is a design issue.
2) I tried to go into file manager and delete everything to start over fresh, but a script loads and freezes my computer. This has happened every time so I cannot use file manager.
3) I cannot access via Blue FTP. For every 5x I try and access, I am denied 4x. Today I have been denied each time. (I did pay my bill too)
That sums it up. I am stuck in the mud. Any help appreciated.
