    Can't align header to top of page

    I,ve had this site up for awhile www.goldenwolfftan.com. On the index page only I noticed the headers are no longer at the top. when I look at the page in BV it looks okay. when I look at it on the web the problem shows. any ideas please.

          Just Center In browser by using the "page properties"
